Have you ever coached someone who is grieving? The answer is likely to be yes because all people, at some level, live with a degree of grief.
There are those very apparent experiences of grief we are familiar with – the passing of someone we love, a divorce, a job termination. As we’ve experienced with Covid-19, there are those surreal, sometimes intangible situations where our way of living is altered substantially.
There are also more covert episodes of grief. Perhaps someone you worked with every day was transferred, or your favorite restaurant closed. If it’s a loss, it is likely grief is present.
During this Health and Wellness Coach Connections Call, we were joined by Nancy Hull, Duke-certified Integrative Health Coach and Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist. Nancy has been helping clients navigate grief using an evidence-based program that helps them to move forward to a place of health and wellness.
