Heart Based Meditation

$20.00

Sarah is a trainer and facilitator of the Heart-Based Meditation method, originally developed by Dr. Paul Dugliss.  Sarah is also an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner and Integrative Counselor and has been studying HBM for almost a decade with Dr. Dugliss.  As a physician, Dugliss began to notice how much faster his patients who had a meditation practice would heal.  His challenge, he said, was in helping those who were interested but didn’t have a practice, with an easy, practical and accessible means to start meditating.  Heart-Based Meditation became the answer.

Sarah has provided training for me, my colleagues, and my clients, and I’m fortunate to have her sharing her work.  What I enjoy about the practice is that it feels quite natural and is based on aspects of the heart that transcend emotion.  Sarah will talk more about this in our session together.  There are also some great nuggets from my most recent training that we will share.  In this hour-long session, where you will have the opportunity to:

  • Recall the key to inner peace.
  • Address common misconceptions about meditation.
  • Name and differentiate the three categories of meditation practices.
  • Experience a Heart Centering Practice.
