The Yoga of Food

$20.00

It’s the New Year! Many are thankful that 2020 is behind us and that we have a renewed hope and promise for the future. “New” can do that for us.
With each something new (a new house, a new job, a newly organized closet, a new training), we bring our attention to the possibilities that exist. Thoughts of possibility help to bring our visions to reality where we more closely match actions with values.
An area many people focus on this time of year is around their relationship with food. They bring new hope and promise to how and what they eat. If you’re a coach who’d like to explore how you can eat more mindfully – and help your clients do the same – enjoy this HWC Connections Call on demand.
In it we cover: The Yoga of Food – A Mindful Exploration
  • Recall the definition of Mindful Eating
  • Compare a diet mindset to a kindness mindset
  • Assess your relationship with eating
  • Introduce mindful eating into your lived experience

This program qualifies for 1.0 ICHWC CE Credit. A Certificate can be obtained in the resources center for $10 after purchasing the training, completing it, and submitting the evaluation.
